TFW Boston – Weekly Workout Schedule
Below you’ll find the Training for Warriors workout schedule. Depending on what you’re subscribed to, you’ll have different times you can attend the warrior workouts. Performance training packages mean you can come to all 5 days of training. Team Training means you have access to class 3 days a week. If you have any questions, just shoot us an e-mail.
Make sure to sign up for our newsletter because we’ll be sending out notices on change of work-out dates. If the weather is bad, you can shoot us an email or give us a call and we’ll let you know if classes are still on, usually we’ll be posting this on facebook or twitter. We use MindBody Online to help our clients quickly sign into classes from their phone or PC. A few clicks and you’re signed in ready to go! You can also view the coaches that are teaching and any cancellations on the Mindbody Page.
All you have to do is install the Mindbody Connect App on your phone, and logging in takes just a few taps. You can also login from your computer at home or on the go. We set-up a quick “How-To” on our site for you just in case you need a refresher.
