TFW Boston – Weekly Workout Schedule
Below you’ll find the Training for Warriors workout schedule. Depending on what you’re subscribed to, you’ll have different times you can attend the warrior workouts. That is…unless you’re signed up for our “Recurring” membership! In which case you can show up at any one of our work outs, as many times as you’d like! If you have any questions, just shoot us an e-mail.
Make sure to sign up for our newsletter because we’ll be sending out notices on change of work-out dates. If the weather is bad, you can shoot us an email or give us a call and we’ll let you know if classes are still on, usually we’ll be posting this on facebook or twitter. What Each Class Consists Of:
Strength Training Means:
At TFW Boston, our foundation is getting out athletes strong: We do this by utilizing body weight training, barbells, kettle bells, and dumbbells. Workouts are programmed and planned out just for you, so both beginner and advanced trainees are welcome!
Conditioning Training Means:
At our Conditioning workouts, expect your coach to come up with a series of strength training exercises that will get your heart rate through the roof! Classes may include sled sprints, kettle bell swings, farmers carries, complex’s, bodyweight circuits, and more!
Hurricane Training Means:
The Hurricane is the flagship workout for Training For Warriors; by utilizing NFL-quality sprinting breakdown, we combine sprinting and strength training to deliver an intense metabolic disruption.
