What the Lean-In-3 Program is:

Leanin3 is an accelerated program that employs athletic conditioning, movement mastery, and core training combined with tried-and-true nutrition strategies to illicit maximum body composition changes.

We quantify your progress with relative strength tests and body metrics, and give you the motivation you need to give more than you thought possible.


How Long Lean-In-3 is:

3 weeks long and meets twice per week, one hurricane day and one circuit training day.

Additional workouts and eating are discussed at each session.

This program is specialized and the best starter deal around, but you only get to sign up for this program once! After that, we can get you signed up for the Tao: Unlimited and push your training
even farther!
